4. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are final and **non-refundable** once services are activated. Subscriptions cannot be transferred or canceled after activation. For Technology Solutions (Product 3), payment and project terms will be discussed individually after consultation.

Trading in financial markets involves risk. Users understand that losses may occur. Dewadatta Tech Edu is not liable for financial losses resulting from trading activities, signals, or Expert Advisor usage.
