Refund Policy

1. General Information

Dewadatta Tech Edu provides digital services including Forex Education, VIP Signals, Expert Advisor (EA) solutions, and AI Technology services. Because all services are delivered digitally and may be accessed instantly, all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Conditions Eligible for Refund

A refund may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment was made (double charge)
  • Service access was not delivered within 24 hours after confirmed payment

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:

  • Financial loss or trading losses incurred by the user
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with educational materials or mentorship
  • Access has already been granted and the user has viewed or used the materials
  • User misconduct or violation of Terms & Conditions

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (only if eligible under Section 2), users must provide:

  • Official payment receipt or proof of transaction
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Supporting screenshots or additional documentation

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.

*Refunds for PayPal or FasaPay transactions may require additional account verification depending on your payment provider.*

By completing payment and accessing Dewadatta Tech Edu services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
